Play chess outside of class. Easy enough.
its not that we cant play it outside of class. Its the being against playing in class that is a pretty dunb rule

i believe that the teachers have no respect at how hard this "game" can be players are thinking of every possible strategy and beat the other player but people think that is just a "hard Game" . the problem the teachers have is that they are interior to us who have played the game for years and they who have spent only 2 or 3 weeks at most playing the game

Why are teachers trying to make themselves enemy No.1
Because they want you to research gender instead of play chess

in my school chess.com isnt blocked but half my teachers are like "CLOSE YOUR CHROMEBOOK OR I TAKE IT FOR THE DAY" and im like "im improving my brain" and they're like "close it or else" like what the heck

chess is distracting. it distracts from your class time. even though chess is educational, youre supposed to be learning multiplication lil bro
we in geometry just saying
Okay then make a post like a mature adult. Stop complaining about chess in school. Wise up. Start learning whats important. Eventually in school you will learn how to write a memo, unlike this crud post.

Chess is obviously a better use of our time than those stupid equations on the blackboard!
wrong.

LettuceSink you have no say in this, you're literally 100 elo.
Okay Rick Astley I have played maybe 20 games and quit most them... that is an amazing judgement of my intelligence so you better believe I'm pretty stupid.

Do you have proof? Because I don't really need to prove how much an education can help you. Blue collars suck.

Without blue collar jobs our economy would collapse. We'll run out of resources within weeks to months. America would collapse. I'm not saying an education isn't important, but blue collar jobs do not suck. And, if you had read the argument, you would know that we're arguing against not being allowed to play chess in our free time. When we've finished our work and have no more assignments, we should be able to play chess, which can help you in brain development.
Maybe if you're in elementary, but middle schools and high schools don't get that luxury. Our only break is lunch basically. What TheFastTurtle27 is saying is that if we're done with our work and have decently high grades (A's / high B's AND no missing assignments) then we should be allowed to stimulate our brain in chess, considering we have nothing else to do.
yea exactly whut im saying
