in-game chat window stylesheet broken

the chat window for in-game conversation with opponent does not contain the text or scroll. the text just flows out of the box. also happens for other sections of the sidebar, but not as pronounced. the chat is super annoying if theres any amount of banter... here's links to two screen grabs.

windows 7, most recent google chrome, turned off plugins to verify it's not something installed on my side; reproduced the error in a clean opera installation.

I have seen that in the past but normally a full refresh fixes it. Not near a full computer now, so can't see if I get the same thing now.
