If they are "friends" then you have the phone numbers, and or addresses. You can either call, or go see them.

I played a guy quit frequently then he just stop logging in. He hasn't been online in 3 months. I hope he's ok.
Is there somewhere that lists members that have pasted away?? If not would this be something worthwhile? I have numerous friends on chess.com & would like to know if they r no longer with us..
