in regards to the " confirm move setting"

I have confirmed each move setting on simply because there were too many blunders being made from either my touch screen not being very accurate anymore or my finger just not having enough dexterity in that moment and not hitting the right little square to move the piece to. that being said I wonder if it would be considered cheating to not confirm your move and take the move back when it asks you to confirm it. like if your noticed something vital before confirming the move.
