inconsistent play

So for the past several weeks, I’ve been at the 1100-1200 range. Slowly clawing my way up. All of a sudden, I dropped like 200 points in a couple days. 900 level players are scoring 70-90% accuracy against me and my rating is dropping like a stone. I feel like this happens every few months. What do you all think could be the reason? Is it just inconsistent play from me? (I’m sick right now). Is it some weird chess.com algorithm that forces your score down every few months to keep you engaged (I could see different invisible leagues for example, that you get shuffled around to), or is it something else? Very frustrating. Love to hear thoughts, and your own experiences. 900 level players shouldn’t be consistently beating 1100-1200 players.

FYI, I’m not a newbie here. Joined a few years ago, and play relatively consistently. Primarily 3-min & 1-min

your overall graphs show you are going upwards, slowly but steadily.

your win/lose ratio is %50~

I don't see anything extraordinary here. Maybe you had a few win streaks recently and expected thats your normal now.

Swings of 100-200 points are not a rare thing. In fact, given the vast amount of games played here, it would be astounding--from a statistical point of view--if swings like that didn't happen.
