incorrect fair play warning

2 days back my opponent left me hanging. But I got a fair play warning. Today my opponent lost and did not respond to rematch for long time, so I quit. I started getting fair play warnings. I checked my completed games and it shows a second game with him that lost without moving a piece. Fair play is a very good feature but quite buggy. regds

sounds like you might be having connection problems, if you play a move, but the connection is to slow to send it through, you will just see your moved played, while you wait and you think your opponent runs out of time. 

I get these warnings too. It is really annoying getting warned for doing nothing wrong.

Yeah, it sucks. Every time I start a live game now, I have to close a box warning me that I may have done something wrong when I haven't. I'm also paying for diamond membership so they're insulting a paying customer by not getting this looked into. It's only a matter of time before the warning becomes a punishment and I won't be able to play at all.

I played a game which I lost on time... and my opp got a warning even though he never disconnected and still had time on the clock. Something is definitely wrong.

Just played to a draw and the message that came up was "draw by stalemate" and "game aborted by server."

I'm beginning to feel paranoid just playing here. I wonder if my opponents are getting a message that their opponent has violated fair play rules, thereby putting an unfair mark in the community.

I don't want to say something like, "This is preposterous. I demand my money back," because I like this site and I want you to keep my money so long as I get what I've paid for. What's going to be done about this? It's not right.
