How do we get a staff member to look at the problem?

Hmm, maybe that "report" button next to the puzzle?
I am also having a lot of incorrect problems as I am failing so many :(
I always get a new highscore and then drop many points (2517) and now I am ~2460
I was really looking forward to white's amazing defense. I too saw that after Qxg6, you have to continue calculating and see hxg6 and Rh3.
I don't know whether I was happy or sad to see that white had no amazing defense and the problem was wrong.

I think there used to be a report button, doesn't look it's there anymore.
Though, looking at the comments, it has been like that for 3 years.
I guess there is a report button, but only when you solve/fail the puzzle and the statistics appear.
The link of the tactic remains as chess.com/?tactics or something like that, I don't know exactly. If you reenter the tactic, report button disappear and the link has a number.
This is my wild guess why there is not a report button, or where it is.

I still don't know how to get chess.com's attention because I don't have a report button for this problem. Any ideas?
