Nice intro, and the game, but I do not think Rxg2 will be worth giving up your rook for acouple checks?
Introduction
Is more than just checks :-) in this position:
1. White's kingside is weakened.
2. White's dark bishop is very bad and undefended
3. White's Knight undefended as well also blocking a passed pawn
4. Whites's Pawn structure weak
5. White's hole in d3
6. Black's kingside is solid
7. Black's two passed pawns should be watched
8 Black's queenside pawn mayority.
So after 15...Rxg2+ 16.Kxg2 and finally 16...Bb7+ white's light squares are terrible weak and my light bishop dominates the long light diagonal. Now after 17.Kf2 for example 17...Ng4+! forking the undefended pawn on h2 and the bishop so the capture is forced 18.Qxg4 no more checks but 18...cxd4! the pawn cannot be capture due the bishop's and queen mating net. Is not easy to win but with the two passed pawns and very active bishops there are plenty of ideas, also note that the b file cannot be sized with 19.Rab1 because after (not the best move) 19...Bc6 everything is covered!.
With luck, maybe your opponent may comment on this 15.....Rxg2 move? All your thought are good but playing some one at that level, hmmmm?

Hello. I'm new to this forum.I found chess.com through google.
My name is ivan, argentinean, i learned to play chess at 13 years old. I played a lot of games (normal time condition without clock) in highschool defeating everyone but because never played serious tournaments i stopped playing chess in 2005 when i finished highschool. I have played casual computer games since but i'm somewhat "rusted".
I started to play again in 2011 after i had the desirable opportunity to play a simul game against GM Judit Polgar.
So to break the ice i'll post my game with her below. Enjoy!
I think i played too passive and that cost me the game. I don't know why i missed the sacrifice i much like sacrifices even the risky ones :-(.
Feel free to comment.
