Intuition in chess

I am at stage where I often don't really know what to do, but some moves just seem like good moves and I'm not sure why, some times the feeling gets so intense and am so convinced (but still not sure why) - I just have to make a move - some times it's even worse and 'the red mist' decends and I can possibly see how my move can be anything other than brilliant (I think) - thing is these moves either seem to be good or outright blunders - intuitive moves never seem to be average??? why is this???

It takes practice to learn moves ahead

beleve me, intuition in chess, is a very powerful weapon, alow you to see very strong moves in no time........

If the intuition is coming from a base of skill and long hours of hard work then I can see it being useful. If it's just an impulse from a beginner then it's not much better than a random move.
