I know it sounds really dumb but my IQ is 73, and USCF is 1700, if you dont belive me look at my blitz rating, if my IQ was higher would that mean, my chess rating would be more?

IQ measures things other than things that make you good at chess. To know more you would need to know your IQ sub scores.
I don't think your IQ is anywhere near as low as 73. If it was, you wouldn't even be questioning the correlation.
Chess ratings do not have anything to do with a person's IQ score. Some people mistakenly believe chess infers intelligence - it doesn't. It's all about learning the skill, practicing and memory - just like in any other sport such as baseball, ice skating, etc.

Do you ever work with low IQ kids? Unless you deal with them in an academic subject, there is no identifiable difference. A kid with a 75 IQ behaves no differently than a kid with 110 IQ.
ok, So @Jogoreal if your saying thats not my IQ then proanly i used the wrong website to find my IQ do you know a website, which will work well for IQ?

"website"... Oh, that explains everything. Listen, your IQ is not 73. An IQ test result is only valuable when it is applied by a professional psychologist, who is gonna take much more into account then how much your answers meet the correct ones. If you are curious to know your real IQ, try to contact one of those professionals.
"Real" IQ is an estimation of your intelligence and need a specialist in IQ tests and probably more than one test.

i think what @jamescolman meant was that people with IQs of 75 generally don't even understand what statistical correlation is.
