I play it often. I remember Modern Chess Openings stating that 2. c4 is a little explored variation. It tends to lead to unusual positions that French players might not be familiar with, so as a blitz weapon I think it's fine.

Is e4 e6 then c4 any good?
I like it because it transpose to structures which is similar to that of the Sicillian Alapin exchange variation.
Please give me any feedback and videos? Thanks!
