Depends who you ask. For most people, 1000 is a good goal. If you ask a 2000 player, they would say you're a beginner. If the 2000 player asks magnus how good they are, he would say they're a beginner.

you should focus on blitz. i am 7 and my blitz is 800 and my bullet is 1000
i disagree because people stroll in rapid( and cheat). you learn to play fast. everyone's profile I have looked at had more than 20 blitz or/and bullet games
