Is 2000 elo impossible now??

With 30 minutes per day, it is almost impossible to reach 2000.

How old are you? Because that will play a huge part in whether you can make it to 2000
Impossible for you, yes, but not for people who can play chess.

At max I can give 30 mins to chess daily
2000 ELO OTB? Probably not. But 2000 online? Easily, even if you spend 30 minutes a day for a year. Essentially just play longer time controls and solve puzzles correctly with whatever time you have.
#4, not all false, with 30 minutes of good training and playing you could most likely be able to get to 2k. It’s not like he’s trying to become a gm, then no.
To get to 2k with 30 minutes, play 1 10 minute game, analyze it and do some puzzles. It is doable with 30 minutes, but inconvenient, 45 minutes is enough for puzzles, a game, and analysis which is enough to get you to 2 k after a while.
