Is 225 rating good?

I think im stuck at 225 rating. Is this good? how can I get better? I want to get to masters on this site before i quit the game.

225 is very low, but you'll improve at it. 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉

It's a start, but in terms of being good, your percentile is 13.2%, which means that 86.8% of players on this website are playing better than you. I'm not saying this to put you down, but you need to be realistic about it.

Also, in regards to what DenyMcGee is telling you, this is untrue and if it were true, the percentiles would be different. 225 is not very impressive, but that's OKAY! As long as you are realistic about it and don't blame your rating on others, you can improve. Play rapid games or longer, use your time and do not blitz out your moves, and review your games afterwards and look for mistakes and things you could have done better.

it's bad, but you only just started playing

You can do puzzles daily. Maybe 5 every day without worrying about how much time you're taking, just focus on getting them right. You won't get them all right, but put real effort in it. And play slow games when you play, not speed games. Start watching videos on basic strategy for beginners and you'll get a LOT better quickly.
