you know, im new to chess, and i tend to over create threads, and i don't mean to do that, but when guys like xGRENDEL disrespect me by mocking me, i don't like that at all, it gives chess.com forums a bad reputation

But to answer the question in the title of this thread: No, Giri is not better than Carlsen. He's not even good enough, yet, to qualify for the Candidates tournament.

She's 2-0 on Giri who is 1-0 on Carlsen.

Therefore Hou Yifan > Anish Giri > Magnus Carlsen

But we have to ignore all other matches to avoid paradoxes.
