Is anyone enjoying the puzzle grind?

I've been changing up my training for the last few months; occasionally doing 50 puzzles, on Lichess, before  playing for a few hours, and learning some theory. It usually will take me around 3ish hours to finish all 50. I was wondering if anyone else on the site is grinding puzzles as hard, or even harder, then me. Tell about your puzzle training regimen so I can aspire for greater, or smugly look down on you if you're slacking on your puzzles.

Also here's an interesting puzzle, it's checkmate in 2 white to move. Remember that black is trying to make it checkmate in 3, so really think out his response 

how do you grind puzzles easily

I’ve been doing a few, often sloppy and too fast. Dropped my rating almost 300 a few weeks ago. Keep getting half of it back and then falling again.
