The "free loaders" use an ad-supported version of the site and give the site numbers, so I'm sure chess.com welcomes them with open arms. I agree that if you are able, you should join. It's a fantastic value. I got $100 worth of info out of the site in the first month. The rest of the year is free!
Is being a diamond a curse?

I would like to reply to that question but I am not a premium member, not until this coming Weds when my charge card is refreshed. Then I will be a diamond member, and for many reasons , for most part, this is an amazing site for all it provides, I want to say thanks to all the great people and all the work and time they put into this site its senational, and yea I love the fee loaders too, in many cases they may not be able to support this site at this time but there input is just as important as a diamond member, becaue its new and refreshing to hear from all!! Remember this is all over the world, some may be struggling, but yet we all come together in this game of Kings!
So when I become a diamond, will I look down on others, "I do not think so", I have too much respect for those that have found time to enjoy and study chess, you are all diamonds to me! Bob
