Thank you for such an interesting response. I guess the effect is worse the more you play - so Bullet is worse than Blitz because you get a dopamine rush every couple of minutes whereas a Blitz game can last 10 or 20 minutes. Even so, the choice with Blitz seems to be either to avoid or to play sparingly.
Is Blitz addictive?

whenever i play both blitz and bullet I get nauseated and have a headache but still i play em.
