Is Bullet Actually Chess?

Bullet might be chess; because all of the rules are still the same and all of that, but it's more monkey see monkey do. For example, if you see something that might win something there's a chance that it doesn't win something but lose something if your opponent calculates. And yes, your opponent also can crappily calculate. So technically, strategy-wise, bullet isn't chess.

Depends who you're playing with to see if hyper bullet is still chess if its a random 300 against a 2000 the 300 will always get checkmated or run out of time first it's still a battle of skill it just add's a bit of chance to the game
