Is Bullet Actually Chess?

Bullet is technically chess, but an inferior version of the game. It has to conform to the rules but the execution is sloppy, full of errors and relying on blunders rather than sound play or clever ideas to achieve any measure of success. Those who watch Manchester United will know what I am talklng about.

It is more of a medium where we can test our chess intuitions, since there is no time to think.
No it's not.
Random moves will often win the game, especially with the king in endgame.
1 min bullet is silly...fun but silly. Not real chess.
Bullets just chess but more blunders and mistakes and less time………
Objectively, bullet is chess because it follows the same rules and normally does not end with flagging. I normally lose my checkmate also very rarely is there any dirty flagging.
