Is bullet chess faster on a computer or mobile device/phone?? Also, what do you play bullet on?

I know that computer players can make infinite premoves and phone players cannot, but in general, is playing bullet on a computer faster?
what platform do you play bullet on/prefer?

From my experience, playing bullet on a computer is way faster. I'm typically 1200-1300 bullet on phone and 1400-1500 on computer. The premoving definitely helps, but I also find that phone is slower even when making normal moves. I've had more than one instance now where I have a long bullet run on phone where I'm consistently lower rated, then go back to computer and then regain the lost points. However, I find bullet on phone fun because you can touch the screen and I feel there's something appealing about being able to feel the super quick moves right under your fingertips haha.
