Is Cheating Caught by Admin?

I just finished a game in which the player was average to my Elo (1200). He had 1189, and out of nowhere, he took a lot of time after his middle game—going into the end game. Where he had 43% accuracy in the middle game, did he suddenly get 93.2% accuracy in the end game? 60% increased chess abilities in endgames? This to me seems fishy and it ruins online gaming. You can't cheat OTB - makes people trying to improve might as well only play the bots.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean

Game Review accuracy is not a cheat detection tool and in long or simple endgames it often very easy to get higher accuracy.
