Is chess.com a scam?

Where does it say chess. Com will guarantee you won't get hit by lag? You just gotta play faster it's the only way, I'm deducted 4 sometimes 5 seconds at the start of every bullet game, even with no lag which is horrendously difficult to then compete, try turning on focus mode, turn off the engine, set animation of the pieces to off or default mode, delete all cookies etc delete or tun off background apps running, add site to homepage

I already complained about this. If u live in Asia u have auto +1 sec on every move u male

I lost 40% of all games on time bc it's impossible to play short games
