Is chess com clock synchronizing on each move?

Currently I'm playing from a location with bad internet, so my lag is high (chess com shows 3/3 strips in-game and tells it is "excellent connection", but I know it is not that great). I mainly play 1+0 bullet and the time scramble is what usually decides the winner in my rating pool. So managing clock is vital.
Lately, many times I lose on time, because at the end, my clock shows something like 2 seconds and even after premoving, it is lost on time on another move. Then analysing time on move, it shows that, I actually had 0.1 seconds and that's why I lost.

Thus, I am wondering if the clock is synchronizing on every move or maybe never? I have no problems like that on li-*site*.

The clock from the server synchronizes with the clients after each move. In a time scramble it's possible that the client clocks could get be a little off, but the server will still have the official clocks. So if the game shows a loss in time, the clock ran out in the server.
