Most racism, at least in the US, is White people being racist, but yes, other races can be racist. We must take care not to overcompensate (I oppose racism, but want to avoid a society where racism shifts over to other races).

Also in Europe, but pretty much all racism that is talked about here in the USA is done by the Whites being racist.
All I said, is that saying “white goes first is racist” is a double standard, because then black going first would also have to be racist. Unless the OP is implying that only white people can be racist.
