Is daily chess good for you?

I'm not fond of blitz/rapid games, and live games with more thinking time are somewhat difficult to handle, so it's mainly daily chess for me, at 1 day/move and no vacation. I organize my own small tournaments, always leaving myself a chance to finish in the top 3 happy.png, because it's more fun to play in a competition format. I never look up information on openings or endgames for a specific game, it just doesn't feel right. I picked up chess again in february after years of not playing at all, and I hope to join a club soon, but that's not possible for now because of corona. So until things get better daily chess on chess.com is my core business.
