The triple double is more rare. The double check on three consecutive moves that results in checkmate. Definitely more rare than the double dismembered bishop checkmate.
I think the one where it's a king and rook mate but the bishop is also checking, it has only been done once

It seems like the doubly bishop one has been done so much it's not rare anymore. One that's only been done once, or even never, would be more rare.
