Yes — going from 1000 to high 1300s in about 3 months is a very solid improvement.
I went from 190 to 780 in 4 months, so 1000 to 1300 is probably the same.

Yes, that is an excellent rate of improvement. Very good.
The "am I good?" thing isn't so good.
Validation in chess comes from results, not from canvassing opinions.
Just a question I want to see if Iḿ improving fast or at like average speed or kind of slow
