Is it an Illegal move?

I touch a piece suppose a bishop that is on e4(I know I have to move that bishop only).Now if I move to f5 without leaving it from my hand and within 2-3 seconds(quick)d3. Is it an illegal move??

No, it's not an illegal move.

If you didn't let go, it is perfectly legal.

No, it's not- but if you are doing it all the time, the arbiter will give you a warning, at least.

No, it's not- but if you are doing it all the time, the arbiter will give you a warning, at least.

Maybe you should give it a try at your next tournament.
