Is It Cheating?

Is it considered cheating to ask (in forum) if a game's position is drawn while it is still in progress?

If it is, then is this an offense that can cause someone to be banned?

Members are not allowed to seek any outside help during a current game.

Can I play the computer on here with my hand held, kids chess partner?

Is it bannable Kohai?

Einstein E=mc2 MasterChess, and Checkers. Estimated top rating 1750 USCF.

We will take different factors into consideraton. One of those being, if a person asks in the forums for help in a current game and aren't aware its not allowed here, we will contact them letting them know the rules, and warn them against doing this again.

What about my question? 

woodshover, i need more info from you on that before i can answer. What exactly is it you want to do or use ? 

Sorry i thought you were asking me if you can play computer chess from a hand held device.

See post number six. I was wanting to play the computer on here with that. I don't know if you can play a rated game against the computer, but of course this would be unrated. 

computer chess is all unrated, and live chess computer games are all rated unless you directly make an unrated challenge to the live chess computers. The wait for that game can be anything from a few minutes to all day as they are busy.
