Is it disrespectful to flag a person in chess?

I try not to do it.

Interestingly I flagged an opponent in a daily game in which I was playing poorly and behind and yet I was congratulated thus...

Good job using the clock as a weapon and keeping the pressure on your opponent.

Is this a display of poor ethics by a programmed ai bot [coach ] ?

Or am I at fault for intentionally "rushing" my move to flag my opponent as my [coach] suggests ?

How do I get access to the move timestamps to assuage or prove my guilt in this matter ?

No it's not. It's a part of the game. Deal with it.
