You have to claim the draw, there is no automatic award.
Is it fair play?
I think you have to hit draw for three repeated positions and 50 moves no progress like you have to claim them yourself in real life play. You should have tried to claim draw again once or twice later in the game when it was clear both sides were just making moves until someone lost on time. Time is also part of the game so if he had more time when it was a super speed game of a few minutes each why would he take your draw on move 50 when he could safely try and run your time out? I think that is fair play.

it was game "2 min + 1sec per move". I have a time "to midnight" to move my Bishop. So time is not a reason for win or lose in this game.

I think /or have proposal to stuff : if rule "50 moves" or "3 times position" works - please blinking DRAW button. I can not count a moves in 2 minutes game

No one tells you in real play that you have a draw claim available, its up to you to know and claim it. Internet chess is so much easier to claim draws like this because they automatically record moves and move number. You just have to look to the move list and see its been a lot of moves played and no progress made and maybe you have a 50 move no progress draw to claim. This is your responsibility not this site or your opponent.

hi all
look this. I am angry. I think it is violation of fair play.
I (black) offer a draw on move 50, but opponent waits when I want to sleep. I think it is shame. If rule "50 moves" works on this site?
