Or maybe he's on board a boat that just crossed the International Date Line.
I don't think daylight savings is ocurring right now anywhere, and besides, it shouldn't affect time remaining -- if it does it's a bug.
He or she is in portugal lisbon,the time is back to 3hours now,but still-an hour has vanished!unaccounted for!
Well, as Steve Miller once said....
I could have sworn i saw 3hours left on my opponents time,but i come again an hour later,and i see 4hours?is there anyway that this maybe??!!
