Is it possible to get a +12 in a tatic puzzle?

Is it? Or not? It's possible to get a +11, but maybe a +12 is rare. Or even a -12! Did anyone get a +12 or -12 before? Answer in the comments below. Maybe nobody got it.

The scoring algorithm has changed a number of times in the past but I think right now, other than early on due to RD, the largest change is 11.

Yeah, the site updated the scoring method again after feedback on the last update.

i got +20 twice

I don't think that 19/20 is possible after the more recent updates a week or so ago. It was after the late April update

I got a +21 one time

They used to do a rating change including a Glicko RD value which worked just like all other ratings here. I don't think that is used anymore. So, while a player's RD was high, the rating could jump a lot.

Not in your last 25 tactics and that covers the time period of the changes.

The base change now is +/- 10 points and that can be modified some based on a couple of factors.

I still get +12

Yeah, 12 is possible but I think the max may be 15 now. The default starts at 10 and can go up or down based on factors mentioned in that blog.

 I think +12 is the highest now. Just got 100% on a tactic which was 200+ over my tt rating and got +12

i got +12 more than once, even +18 with the new algorithm
