Is it possible to stop making "inaccuracies"

So.. I was wondering this and I've come to the ultimate conclusion that inaccuracies should be taken with a grain of salt... However, is it possible to lessen or get rid of them entirely? I do not have a game to show you but just this question in general. The reason why I'm pondering about this is because it seems as if Grandmaster level games and strong level games are usually decided by inaccuracies. If it is possible to get rid of them, (it probably is), what do you believe is the best remedy?

No, we can't get rid of inaccuracies because the evaluation methodology in chess has an error margin, meaning no one that we know of has solved the game. What we can do is to be more precise by a deeper analysis of a situation.

For example, you must be aware of the opening preparation in the world championships. It's not that they're playing systems no one has ever played before, but they find ways to improve on those. Sometimes is a more precise plan, sometimes a move that is more accurate at carrying out an idea.

What computers have taught me is that I can examine many games I admire and yet computers will find flaws in the play.  Any human contest is a game of errors.
