Is it possible to use the chess.com computer analysis system for my OTB games?

I hope you mean after the game. Then the answer is of course - it's a study-tool after all. If you mean during the game then the obvious answer is haha no.

With Houdini 1.5a, Stockfish 3, and Critter 1.6 being free, and with all of the different and free GUIs available, I'm not sure WHY you wish to use chess.com's computer for analysis.  It can't be any better than these programs.
