Is it worth buying 2 different kinds if chess sets?

I am thinking about buying a tournament chess combo from www.wholesalechess.com for travel and tournaments. But I also want to get a DGT walnut chess board (non electronic) with timeless chess pieces. Is it worth buying a stay-at-home chess set and a to-go chess set? Or should I just get the portable set and use that at home too?

If you can afford it, I would get the walnut chess board with timeless chess pieces-----I think you will never really regret having a beautiful board and set.
