is poker more complex then chess

Sometimes incomplete information can actually simplify, rather than make something more complex, because you know for certain what you do not know. For example, the chance involved in a simple game like high-low creates a game of incomplete information, but it is extroadenarily simple. You know your card, and you know that the next card could be any card that has not already been seen. The uncertainty doesn't really add complexity. I would argue that chess, which has no uncertainty and no chance involved, yet still hasn't been solved, and probably never will be, is much more complex than poker.
for the simple fact
chess is a game of complete information, while poker is a game of incomplete information
