Is that chess.com cheater detect are really that bad ??

few days ago I played againts 1300ish guy with rapid chess, oh boy I absolutely out classed that guy in first game but unexperienced me lost that game due to fooling around. next few game that guy literally destroy me with 90%+ accuracy. after that I feels off and check his previous games and what I found is his game accuracy bounces between 40% and 85%, 90% win or lose. Then I thought maybe its early game resign or just bad day for him but no, he hangs his major material free and lost and then next game destroy opponent with 89%+ accuracy, most of moves are top
engine move. I reported and still nothing happen. I believe that guy can use engine very well. chess.com cheater detect really
that bad ???
