Is the accuracy rating... really accurate ?
No. It was only introduced several years ago- in the wake of "Guess the Elo" becoming popular with streamers.
It is not really an assessment of strength based on the moves of the game.
It simply takes your playing rating and adds or subtracts points based on an assessment of how you played in the three phases of the game.(opening, middlegame, endgame).
Hello,
At the end of each game, the computer assigns an equivalent Elo rating based on the quality of play by each player. I'm quite surprised because I've already played about ten games in a row with a rating over 1000 Elo, without just repeating theoretical moves, even though I'm really not worth more than 700 (truly).
Do more experienced player pay attention to this rating ? I bought a subscription for game analysis but also by curiousity for this metric.
