Is the grind in Elite League purely psychological or structural?

Hey guys,
Currently playing in the Elite League, and as you know, the meta up here is completely different. It's not about basic blunders anymore; it's about micro-advantages and pure stamina.
Do you think staying in the Elite League requires a different psychological approach compared to lower tiers, or is it just a matter of grinding more games? How do you deal with the tilt at this level?

If you are referring to the chess.com leagues, then just play more games.

Even a 100 can get to legend league

#1 leagues are not about the level of the games. You just have to play as much as you can. A 100 can be in Legend League and a 3000 can be in wooden league

leagues have nothing to do w/ skill man
just play more games and win more points, that's the only purpose of leagues

leagues measure how addicted you are to chess, elo measures skill

Agreed, leagues just show how often you play online chess. If this kind of achievement is causing you to play more than you want & you're experiencing some tilting from that then ask yourself if it's worth it to you.
