That "dick" on the Olympiad is Petrosian I think. He is just pointing at the board but it is arbiter who moves the kings.

a dirty habit most chess players have. titled or not.

Those eyes... priceless. That look of horror is the sign of a true legend.

It was only a blitz game too I think!

Kasparov realized he was going to lose a pawn in the next 15 moves!! hahaha

I have just thrown a pot of honey hard into the wall in reaction to a blunder. Thankfully it was made of plastic and didnt break and cause an unholy mess or damage my wall. Incidentally, my opponent failed to capitalise on my mistake and I salvaged a draw!

a blunder gets even worse when people start to analyze 1 second after the game is over. like the one that points at the board and start to move pieces around.

The guy who moved the pieces was probably some sort of arbeiter or tournament director.  There is a (stupid) tradition that after a game is finished the kings are placed on the center squares.  If the kings are on the light colors it indicates white was victorious, if on dark squares that black has won.  Watching live games on ChessBomb played on digital boards sometimes this registers and it will record the moves into the end of the PGN and tack on totally illegal moves like Ke5 Kd4.

It's funny how as soon as Anni touches the piece, you can see him look straight at the hanging pawn.

It's more than a hanging pawn, if you actually saw the video of this game on youtube, (1996 Blitz Chess Final: Anand vs. Kasparov), you would see that after the pawn was taken, both Kasparov's queen and rook were hanging, and Kasparov had to give up his queen.

In the tournaments I have been to, only the winning king is in the front. and if it is a draw both kings are placed in front.

they usually place all the other pieces in starting position.

spikestars

ahaha I've seen this one before. So good!

So Kasparov is also human.
