is there a relation between playing too much chess and chess blindness?

recently i have played too many games and can't seem to take a break what do i do ?the side effect of this is chess blindness you can see i am blundering

well i mean too much of anything is bad right. you need breaks. i usually play chess for 1-2 hours then read a book or watch tv

probably either fatigue or tilting. If you are not analyzing your games that's a problem

probably that game is blitz and you move so fast that calculation is threw out of the window, also i prefer to play one or 2 long games than 10 blitz games on a day because longer games can be analyzed much better.

to be honest its happening in 30 min games too. i really need to take a break
