I'm not referring to the whole position. Rather its just the 2 pairs of pawns in the center staring at each other.
Is there a term for this pawn structure?

It was called a pawn square in annotations to this famous game:

Black with 14...d5 or 14...a5 could create a pawn square.
Is there a term for when 2 pairs of pawns face directly at each other and create massive tension like the one shown in the center of the board? I usually don't know what to do or how to find the best response when encountering these kinds of pawn interactions. If I had the right term for it I could go look it up and find lessons about it but that ain't the case. Any help would be appreciated.
