Is there a way to disable draw offers in live games?

hi, I’ve had two games yesterday where my opponent kept offering a draw 20 plus times when they were in a lost position. And the problem is the draw offer goes over my time limit so I have no idea how long I’ve got left. If there is no way to disable draw offers then there is a big loophole in syste
