When you go to 'New game' and select 'Random Opponent', there should be a field labled 'Times out less than XXX% of the time. ' Enter zero and you'll be matched up with an opponent who hasen't timed out a single time during the last couple of months.
Is there a way to start a new game and invite only reliable players?

When I click the Start new game I don't see the field labled times out. Where can I find this field?
And it's not just the members who timed out it's also about members who start a game, play a few move and then the game is canceled because their time is out. I have three games like this right right now.
I want to win and not win because somebody has no time.
It doesn't work when you go to 'Online Chess' and just click on 'play now', you need to go from here:

If it still doesn't work that might mean that these options are available to premium members only, but I don't think that's the case.

Thanks HappyUngulate. In fact, I'm searching for a way to stop members that join a game with me and abort the game a little bit later. The option you talk about prevent members to time out and not to abort a game.
Hi, is there a way to start a new game and invite only reliable players who dont cancel games all the times? I started 7 games a few days ago and one has been canceled and it seems that three more are going to get canceled so I find it annoying.
Is there a filter whe can use when starting a game for not inviting those not reliable players?
