Is there an easy, digital chessbook reader with moves board and text?

I want a way to read a chess book on my computer and have the positions/moves available to me within the reader.  Is there anything awesome for this?  Ideally, I don't want separate apps for the text and the moves but want to read them at the same time and have the positions setup for me that I can interact with if I want.

I've seen the chessbase reader, tho it seems really clunky.  Does it do this and I just need to figure out the interface?

And you are willing to pay for that or should it be free?

More than willing to pay for it of course.
