Is there? But I mean announcing moves-that sort of thing. Not what can be done in Live chess. Are there any chess programs that allow you to at least play blindfold against the computer with a microphone?

You don't really need a place online. If you wanted to play blindfold you could just email notation back and forth with an opponent.

Well not with a microphone, but Fritz has the option to take invisible pieces. You would still have to use the mouse to make your move.

I have started a Thread to find partners to practice blindfold with: http://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/looking-for-people-to-practise-blindfold-chess-with?ncc=2#fi

I guess live people that are equally struggling as oneself could be a great help.
