From there you simply zero in on your position on the leaderboard by messing around with the page numbers so that the rating approaches yours. Simply replace page=2 with whatever page you want to look at. So like https://www.chess.com/leaderboard/tactics?page=24 will take you to page 24 of the leaderboard. Doesn't take too long as you should be able to cut about half the difference from the current ratings displayed to yours each time.
From there you simply divide the current ranking you are at by the number of total players with an established TT rating, which is given.
I found out I'm at about the 2% which is quite good given my percentiles in rapid and blitz. Time to go work on openings/middlegame studies and cut back on the tactics!
