is there Stalemate when you’re playing Snap King rules?

If you’re playing snap king, you can move into check and your opponent can’t capture your king, game over. But what if it’s a stalemate situation in which, during a normal game of chess, there are no legal moves. We are playing snap king rules though, in which moving into checkmate IS a legal move. What do you think? Is it a draw or is a move into checkmate the only unfortunate option?

That's an interesting variant I have yet to hear of so far...

But if moving into a check is legal, then stalemate would probably not exist.

However, if the rules of the game do exclude this, then there would be stalemate.
